Reorganize Bluetooth/nRF51822/Arduino readme #162

The readme we have has explanations for running the examples, but not the actual implementation in BLE-BuzzyPixel.ino. Lets move or remove the example stuff, and make sure this readme has clear step-by-step instructions for getting the necessary code onto the device to try the device.
