SmartPhone App - Slow BLE Peripheral scan from Android device Nexus 4 #62

Cordova app below on Android 5 and Nexus 4 is slow while scanning BLE peripheral devices

It could be hardware issue https://github.com/AltBeacon/android-beacon-library/issues/59#issuecomment-64281446

and the cordova app should be tested on other Android devices to replicate the issue

As suggested by Juan, updating device to debug and sniffs Bluetooth packets, so we can check all requests/responses are issued correctly: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2269

Closing this issue as I couldn't replicate this issue on Nexus 6
