Add SVG mask for hero section #10

Adds a new folder for masks. This is needed for the hero section but I can imagine using masks in other places too.

One further though - should we have a common root folder for things like this to make their purpose a little more descriptive? /backgrounds/masks/ maybe?

Moved to a /backgrounds folder and bumped version number. Thanks!

Doh, just noticed #11 that also changes the version. I can merge that PR first and rebase this PR to piggyback on the same version update.
