Update icons #18

We have been working with a third party agency to create a set of new icons and logos. That work has been completed. Those new icons now need to be assigned to sections in the navigation or to UI functions. If an icon doesn't exist then a new one need to be created.

Not sure where these icons are :( Closing until we have assets we can take action on.
