Add SVG for Mozilla VPN horizontal white wordmark #67

We need to match PNG variations of logos in SVG. Need to add VPN horizontal wordmark white in SVG. https://github.com/mozilla/protocol-assets/blob/main/logos/mozilla/vpn/logo-word-hor-white-lg.png

Note: this isn't a block for the Protocol wordmark mixin change because VPN uses horizontal stacked assets for that, which are available in protocol-assets SVG
