We should use a colour pocket icon and white text for a dark theme (-white) pocket wordmark. We should use a monochromatic wordmark for flat pocket wordmark (-flat or -flat-white)

The only existing behaviour this changes is to display the dark theme pocket workmark SVG instead of the monochromatic one when using logo-word-hor-white.svg

I have not made any changes to the PNGs because they should be deleted soon. Is it alright to merge this in the next version of protocol assets or should it wait until the breaking change version where PNGs are deleted?
