Re-render and optimize social icons #74

Somehow a recent update borked social icons and they're no longer rendering. This update replaces them all and also does some additional cleanup and tweaking. Hopefully it'll fix them 🤞

Delete GitHub brand color (they only use black or white)
YouTube brand icon has a solid white arrow (not a cutout)
Pocket brand icon has a solid white chevron (not a cutout)
