To help with auditing and introspection, dashboards defined in this repo should have (mandatory) description and source code URL fields, which we could surface on protosaur's root page (https://protosaur.dev). Obviously it's best practice if this information is also surfaced in the dashboard itself, but defining it here is a good backstop.
