extra space at bottom of app list in Dashboard #815

There's a lot of extra space at the bottom of the app list in the Dashboard. So much, in fact, that a vertical scrollbar often appears unnecessarily.

@potch Do you have any idea what is causing this? Perhaps there is an errant CSS rule somewhere?
