Paragraph is ignored on https://oejaj.cfwb.be accessibility statement page #854

The paragraph of the accessibility statement under the Préparation de la présente déclaration sur l'accessibilité header is somehow ignored on this page:

https://oejaj.cfwb.be/declaration-sur-laccessibilite/

I'm not sure why, it is the only section that contains a lot of links though.
