update pypi2nix #2054

pypi2nix has been failing for a while with "black not found" error message. The latest revision fixes the issue.

in ideal case we need to run update-dependencies on all projects when we bump pypi2nix revision. but currently pypi2nix doesn't work anyway so we can skip this "rule" :)
