Add LAST_MERGE_DATE to firefox_versions.json for Bug 1531968 #2131

@emceeaich wants to search Bugzilla bugs by Firefox merge dates. This PR adds the last merge date to firefox_versions.json that already has the next merge date.

Any next release will trigger a rebuild and it should be there. I'll check it tomorrow when the next beta ships.
