Moved what was important from the fennec-temp-relpro.md file under the main relpro.md page. Trimmed the rest.
removed graph step from releasewarrior templates as it's no longer needed since bug 1347635 is now fixed
various refactorings
there's a corresponding releasetasks PR as well https://github.com/mozilla-releng/releasetasks/pull/282/
