Script + doc update to automate the merge steps. I just ran in on an AWS Ubuntu 16.04 instance (M3.large32 gb space added) where I installed python and mercurial. I did look at installing the mozilla specific version of hg from tooltool like the taskcluster workers (taskcluster/docker/recipes/install-mercurial.sh do but this requires tooltool credentials. I'm going to investigate if we can use an existing instance for this or if we should set up a new one.
