Fennec 58beta in-tree documentation #140

@escapewindow on a side note, why is this only for 58.0b and not 58.0 release as well? Because we're confident we'll plug the manual ssh command in Ship-it in order to trigger it from there, by then?

@MihaiTabara fennec 57 will use the old method. Fennec 58.0 will use this method. Aiui we can't update the release templates until 57 is shipped and we're not going to ship any dot releases.

That makes sense. I was gonna ask why we're not adding those as well here and just hold on from merging the PR until 57.0 is out of the door and we know for sure no dot release is coming. But it makes sense, we want the docs + updated templates asap because we're gonna have first Fennec beta 58.0b3 a day prior to shipping 57.0
