Today, I got fooled by my awesomebar directing me to https://github.com/mozilla/releasewarrior/blob/master/how-tos/merge-and-staging-instance.md. I thought I was reading the latest revision of the documentation. @MihaiTabara spotted the problem.
Archiving the whole repo (like suggested in #144) helps showing warning at the top of the page. I think it's gonna be clearer if we just 404 on old documentation. That's why I deleted every file, but the README.
