Generate status page with stable name (URL) #9

It would be great to generate a status page with links to all releases in flight. Something like https://github.com/mozilla/releasewarrior/blob/master/releases/status.md with a stable URL.

One of the reasons is that in the nearest feature the releases directory will be very crowded and it will be hard to find the current release without setting up releasewarrior.

Maybe the same for postmortem pages

ooo this would be awesome. maybe we should generate/update a 'status' and 'postmortem' md file every time we create/update an individual release?
