Move rustup target add section after the project build.gradle modifications
Clarify project's build.gradle with emphasis
Clarify proejct's build.gradle with an android { ... } section.
Add libname to project's build.gradle
Add "apply plugin" to project's build.gradle
Mention the possibility of using dependsOn to hook cargoBuild into the regular build process.

@ncalexan Do you think it's worth mentioning the strategy that app-services uses in addition to the preBuild setup? It's a bit involved, but there are downsides to just hooking into preBuild.
