I notice that I don't have admin access to this repo, which makes me wonder if recent staff turnover has left it without sufficient admin coverage. @jrconlin do you have admin privs and if so, could you please add the application-services team?

Sorry, just noticed this issue.

The app-services team was added, but apparently "write-only".

I added you and elevated the app-services team.
