ux: file reader should scroll when on a long list of results #106

if you scroll down a long results table, you lose the file reader. it would be nice if it scrolled with you or didnt scroll at al (e.g. using separate panes for file and results?)

Yes, that is the final thing we need to workout in the UX. Fluid, scrollable heights for our tables and codeMirrors! :)
