Sketch out engineering work and map to upcoming heartbeats #109

Would like to create a more specific plan for how we're going to complete the engineering work in the remaining heartbeats before our deadline.

Ideally, we'll identify the "must haves for release" and complete those items first.

Discussed today, and agreed a first step could be an asynchronous conversation about what the "must haves" for release are. We could do that here, or perhaps by annotating the wireframes

@acabunoc - are you able to do an initial round of identifying what we can't live without at launch vs what can be shipped in the heartbeats immediately following the end-of-May deadline?

Once we've identified all the Must Haves, we can enter them into a tool like planningpoker.com and play a game (hopefully early next week). Data from that can be used to further inform the Must Have list + help us map tickets to heartbeats.
