Change the burn graph to better handle weekends. #101

Two changes were made based on observation in SUMO and other teams.

  1. The ideal burn rate now flattens out for weekends. This usually more closely resembles actual bug closing.
  2. Shift the area shaded for weekends left by one day. This is kind of a fence post issue, where it isn't really totally accurate. However, this placement more closely matches actual burn rates.
