regression: RESOLVED and UNASSIGNED bugs no longer highlighted

As of today, 2014.05.13, Scrumbugs no longer appears to highlight rows for resolved bugs in green or bugs assigned to nobody (unassigned) in yellow. See the Sprint Ready section of the FxOS Performance project here for examples of UNASSIGNED bugs no longer highlighting:
