github post-commit hook to add bugs to current sprint #40

Sometimes we file and work on bugs outside of official planning. It would be great to add a scrumbu.gs service hook (e.g., http://scrumbu.gs/projects/mdn) to github so when we commit with "Fix Bug NNNNNN" it will automatically update the whiteboard with s={whatever sprint is current for mdn project)
