Use Dropdown instead of tabs for Stencil Types

There are different stencil types, for instance: OS, Windows, etc we are using tabs. Instead, let's use UI Select 2, which is more intuitive.

As discussed in the meeting today it may be best to implement multiple and decide what is best. After the G+ we came up with a good idea, will post a mockup soon
