Ran files through 'markdown-spellcheck' #258

Some of this got PR got noisy and wasn't changes I was making. Not sure if prettier started rearranging some stuff, but the last couple of files are a more challenging diff.

Feel free to R- and I can try redoing this manually without prettier if that is preferred.

Great initiative! I'd prefer if we ran this on top of the proposed documentation changes in https://github.com/mozilla/shield-studies-addon-utils/pull/255, since a lot of stale and outdated documentation is already removed from that branch. As a bonus, there are less spelling errors to correct :)
