Security concern: is this abandoned? #433

Hi, add-on is awesome and keeps working great, but thinking in security I'm afraid that it's been abandoned, should I uninstall it?

These is such a great extension! If the devs are out of time even for fixing bugs and keeping pace with security related API changes, please do a call for new contributors. 😉
