"Today" still troubled for job listings #238

Just added a couple of new jobs and set their start date as today, and they didn't show on the Jobs page even after cache-busting. I tried setting one's start date to yesterday and it showed up, then vanished when I moved it back to today. The jobs:

I rewrote the date routine to (hopefully) avoid any possibility of caching the wrong "today" date. Going to close this for now, but we should definitely look again tomorrow (or whenever the next new job you have to add comes in).
