Scanned sites aggregated info in the UI #39

The UI needs to be able to illustrate these buckets of sites:

what sites have been scanned in this scan
when were they scanned
which of those scanned sites had issues with CSS
which of those scanned sites had issues with UA
which of those scanned sites had issues with CSS & UA
which had no issues at all
