Enable ipv6 on prod host #75

Having some error issues with hosts that support ipv6, but we don't have ipv6 enabled in prod. This issue is to fix that

This is partially completed...

I have added IPv6 support to sshscan.rubidus.com
I still need to fix the docker bits so it just works (both from hitting the API over v6 and worker do v6 SSH scans)
