Other information

This proposal is for a new specification for delegated ink trail presentation aided by the underlying operating system. It aims to allow User Agents to improve web inking latency by providing a new Ink and Presenter. See the WICG explainer document for more details.

I've been developing this feature for Chromium and am looking to start the Intent to Ship process soon, would love to hear Mozilla's position on it. Please let me know if I can explain anything.

The spec is still very hand wavy. Like what happens if the presentationArea element is removed from the DOM. Or what if it it never was in DOM, or was in some other Document?

What is the type argument for requestPresenter? It is non-optional, but nothing tells what it means.

@smaug---- I've responded to your issues on the explainer. I'd love to get your feedback on them before making any changes to the spec so I can make sure we're in agreement and we can get the spec cleared up.
