I agree this can be deduced already, so it should be fine from our side. I also don't have a strong opinion about the API location.

Looks like this can be closed since, due to the W3C TAG having some concerns I don't really understand, apparently reflecting headers into JS APIs is bad. https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/742#issuecomment-1314152303
