In our messaging update to Groups, we excluded individual e-mails to group members. Re-evaluate.

After realizing that some groups can contain thousands of members, we excluded group members who are receiving a group message from also getting an email. The fear is that we'd be creating spam, or create huge overhead in the system, etc. We need to revisit the complete exclusion with a more polished and thought out process - and likely need to communicate whatever exclusions we want to leave in place.
