Media Gallery modal & image previews are not responsive when reducing the browser window width #1823

Preconditions Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/gallery/images and click on the Upload a new Media File button.
  2. Reduce the browser window width.
  3. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/1449378 and click on one of the attached images from the comments section.
  4. Reduce the browser window width.

Expected behavior The modal and the image preview are always in view.

Actual behavior The modal and the image preview are not responsive staying in a fixed position.

Additional context This issue is reproducible in both stage and prod.

I can confirm that this issue is verified fixed in stage.
