[GA4] link_click event is missing for the Contribute > Contributor discussions and Contributor tools top-navbar options #1860

Preconditions

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Mouse-over the Contribute top-navbar.
  2. Click on the Contributor dicussions option.
  3. Click on the Contributor tools option.

Expected behavior A GA4 link_click event is sent.

Actual behavior No GA4 event is sent.

I can confirm that this is verified fixed in stage.

A link_click event is successfully sent to GA4 for the Contribute> Contributor discussions and Contributor tools options.
