Both the kb/new and /edit/metadata pages are not responsive on mobile devices

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/new or https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/tab-preferences-and-settings/edit/metadata
2. Scroll down to the Select Products and Select Topics sections and try to find/read all of the available products and topics.

Expected behavior No UI issues are displayed.

Actual behavior Select Products section: For some products the text is displayed as cut off until the user swipes right to see the full text. Select Topics section: For some topics the text is displayed as cut off until the user swipes right to see the full text and some checkboxes may be hidden from the user since he may not become aware of their existence only after swiping right to bring them all into view.
