Consider overriding the "Clear All" button style from the "Restrict Visiblity" section #2031

In https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/6323 we have replaced selectize with tom-select. This change has caused the "Clear All" option from the "Restrict Visibility" section to be displayed as a "checkbox"

We should revert to something similar to our previous style.
