502 when navigating to /contributors/kb-overview on a non-US locale #2045

  1. Go to https://support.mozilla.org/fr/contributors/kb-overview or https://support.mozilla.org/zh-CN/contributors/kb-overview

Expected behavior The page loads successfully.

Actual behavior SUMO returns a 502 and sentry fires: For fr locale https://mozilla.sentry.io/issues/4937386473/?project=4504326799753216&query=is%3Aunresolved%20issue.priority%3A%5Bhigh%2C%20medium%5D&referrer=issue-stream&statsPeriod=24h&stream_index=1 For zh-CN locale https://mozilla.sentry.io/issues/4939669891/?project=4504326799753216&query=is%3Aunresolved%20issue.priority%3A%5Bhigh%2C%20medium%5D&referrer=issue-stream&statsPeriod=24h&stream_index=4

Additional context This issue is reproducible in prod. I can't reproduce in stage.
