Consider enabling HTTP/2 support on Test Pilot's website #1593

Now that CloudFront supports HTTP/2 (https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2016/09/amazon-cloudfront-now-supports-http2/) I'd like to suggest/request that we try enabling HTTP/2 on https://testpilot.firefox.com

(The protocol support is also tested and enabled on Zeus/Brocade(load-balancer/traffic manager)-fronted Mozilla sites like Air Mozilla, Mozillians, and Mozilla Reps, just FYI.)

@relud - I'm going to assign this to you then. If you're at a conference, don't sweat it for now. Thanks.
