Cannot view tab history #1017

I want to quickly look back at where I was previously in a tab -- in Firefox, I'd hold down the back button and get a list of previously visited documents on that tab

Depends on https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/7186 or tracking history ourselves as described in https://github.com/mozilla/tofino/issues/996#issuecomment-246672736
