Tests fail with incorrect path for electron #463

Error: Expected 'C:\Users\Dave\workspace\tofino' to equal 'C:\msys64\home\Dave\workspace\tofino'

These two paths are actually the same, there is just a windows link in there from C:\msys64\home to C:\Users.
