Upgrade lockdown #78

move up to the latest version of lockdown (required for node 0.10.x support), and remove a couple un-needed software versions from lockdown.json

hold up on merging this until i can find if we have a node v0.10 RPM for the servers

nope! note the travis tests pass on both 0.8 and 0.10 - my goal is to get us clean on either so we can upgrade to 0.10 whenever we see fit. deploying on 0.8 is just fine.
