The "X" button doesn't work, if the "Warming up" message is displayed in the overlay

Notes

• After "Warming up" message disappears, the "X" (close) button works as expected .

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox 55.0.3 and up
• Voice Fill 1.3.0

[Affected Platforms]:

• All Windows
• All Mac
• All Linux

[Prerequisites]:

• Latest Voice Fill add-on (1.3.0) was previously installed on a clean profile.

[Steps to reproduce]: 1.Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and navigate to www.google.com. 2.Click on the "Voice fill" button from the right side of the Search bar. 3.While "Warming up" message is still displayed press the "X" (close) button. 4.Observe the "Voice fill" overlay behaviour.

[Expected result]:

• The "Voice Fill" overlay is dismissed.

[Actual result]:

• The close command is ignored and the "Voice fill" overlay is still displayed.

This issue is also reproducible on the "Processing" overlay, when trying to close it by using "X" button, on latest Voice Fill build v1.3.1 (custom build 2017-11-20), using latest Nightly build 59.0a1 (2017-11-20), on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.12 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64. This issue is not reproducible when using "Esc" key to close the overlay. Here is a screen recording of the behavior:
