Multiple results overlay is wrongly opened if previously closing Voice Fill through ESC key while in the "Processing..." overlay #205

[Affected versions]:

Firefox 55.0.3 and up
Voice Fill 1.3.1

[Affected Platforms]:

All Windows
All Mac
All Linux

[Prerequisites]:

Latest Voice Fill add-on 1.3.1 (custom repo built on 9/19/2017) was previously installed on a clean profile.
Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions -> Use the Microphone -> "Use Default" is unchecked and "Allow" is checked.

[Steps to reproduce]:

Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and navigate to a supported website.
Click on the microphone button and say something.
Press ESC key when the "Processing..." overlay is displayed.
Click again on the microphone button and observe what happens next.

[Expected result]:

A new recording session starts.

[Actual result]:

The previous multiple answers overlay is displayed and the input dropdown is wrongly rendered.

[Notes]:

The "Processing..." overlay can't be dismissed by clicking the "X" (close) button.

This is no longer reproducible on the latest Voice Fill v.1.3.1 (built on 9/25/2017).
