Blipz doorhanger is not read by screen reader on Mac OS and Ubuntu #198

Affected versions]: Firefox Beta Version 64.0b7

[Affected Platforms]: Ubuntu 18.04, Mac OS X 10.12

[Prerequisites]: Add "extensions.webcompat-blipz-experiment.variation " pref with "more-sentiment" value in about:config. The webcompat_blipz_experiment@shield.mozilla.org-2.0.2-signed.xpi is installed.

[Steps to reproduce]: 1.Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites 2.Navigate to a website from the Blipz Sites list and wait for the doorhanger

[Actual result]: Blipz door hanger is not read by screen reader on Mac OS and Ubuntu

This isn't necessary for v2, but if I can get to it in time, I'll fix it.

I'm not sure how to get the VoiceOver software to recognize my popup (I've tried mimicking what the Pocket popup does, but it doesn't seem like VoiceOver knows my popup is even present). I think I'll have to research this properly for the next iteration of Blipz.
