Capture "fresh bugs", rather than all bugs for Bugzilla #12

Let's restrict Bugzilla searches to the last year. Other important bugs should surface in the dupes, if they're older.

I guess we take the current date, and run a custom query against the creation date of the bug such that it's greater than 1 year ago? Or something.

Here's a sample query for google.com, and a hard coded date of last year:
