2024H2 - Untriaged/Unmoderated weekly progress using the old advanced reporting system #289

As measured by the webcompat-metrics server: http://webcompat-dashboard.herokuapp.com/needstriage and https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs-private/issues (since we don't have a moderation endpoint for the metrics server yet).

The goal here is to track that we're able to keep up with bug load with current resources, and if not, use that as a justification to request more resources.

Note: Comments about progress will be reported every Friday at 5PM (EET time).
