Review 'localization' strategy for Web Literacy Map v1.5 #8

As @alvarmaciel raised in the 15th January 2015 community call, we should review our strategy for localizing the Web Literacy Map.

Sometimes decisions have to be made to substitute words and these should be logged (in English) somewhere.

I don't think there's an update beyond that we'll begin localizing once we've finalized the EN version. Would it be useful to have a discussion about strategies and best practices for localizing?

Thanks @hannahkane. Just interested in what we've got in place so we can hit the ground running once we've locked down v1.5 in EN-US. :)
