Implement color picker #34

The picker can be seen in reference.html, here's a screenshot for quick reference:

Note that implementing the eyedropper will be non-trivial and should probably be filed as a separate issue. Will likely want to consult the source of an existing add-on that has such functionality, like Colorzilla.
