move add-on to right side of browser

I'm not really sure how easy this is--it's definitely not supported by the Add-on SDK, and I'm not sure how easy it is to make a Firefox sidebar that does this in general. Unless it's really hampering the user experience, I suggest we skip this one.

Skipping. Moving to the backlog
